"Can we go to the pizza place? Please?"

The lil miss, a bit of a picky eater, rarely does this: suggesting where to go eat. So whenever she'd say the line and we're not so tight, we indulge her.

By the end of one of those occasions, we were asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey for the pizza place. Since we were handed out a pencil, the lil miss got excited; and again, we encouraged her to fill it out. We, of course, explained what the scale of 1 to 10 is for and how she can encircle those numbers as a grade.

By the end of the survey, we asked her to write her name in the bottom of the page. She hesitated at first. I thought it could be because there's no template (like in her school activity book) where she could just trace her name. But she did write her name, anyway, on her own. The following is the result:

Now, put in our address. Lol! Jk. Also, I've just noticed she answered Yes and No in the last question whether or not she's going to visit the pizza place again. hihi. :hide:
