there's money in trash

that's P19.65. not bad.

Over the past months, we have collected quite a number of milk cans and rice sacks. For some time, we thought we could use the empty cans as flower pots. But we just didn’t find the time. And the sacks, we thought can be used for whatever future purpose. But obviously, it’s been months now and we haven’t found the purpose. :hide:

Although we have tried to keep them tidy at the back of the house, it was time to clear them out. Besides, it needs to be done for iwas-dengue.

We were ready to throw them all out when, talking about perfect timing, someone called out to us with the intention of buying the trash and selling them to a junk shop.

That was really convenient for us, and we’re grateful for little things like this. Trash can still be put to use; we're actually helping someone out in a little way; and it is not everyday that someone does things for you and pay you. Almost all the time in this world, it's the other way around. =)
